Also has solar panels so literally use minimal electricity in winter. Wifi is a huge plus.
Honestly at this point someone witj acreage to be 100 feet from a house would be nice. I have a generator (inverter generator which is very quiet)
Wouldn't ever be more than myself and probably/ possibly my wife. Both in our 50s. Non smoker not into drugs. Don't drink. Kinda boring people by most standards.
Looking for late April to begin this. Hopefully longer term.
