I live in an apartment complex and have saved multiple cats. Obviously people leave pets under difficult circumstances. I have a really nice but skittish all gray cat that needs a loving home and a companion. I don’t know if he’s chipped, but I do believe he was left by somebody. People want him here but we’re maxed out. Only serious inquiries. Let’s get him a warm home. TY
