Why Maple Syrup & Maple Sugar
Pure Michigan maple syrup is one of the cleanest ways to satisfy a sweet tooth.
Unlike white granulated sugar made from sugar beets and heavily refined, maple syrup and maple sugar are minimally processed and naturally contain trace minerals such as:
• Manganese
• Zinc
• Calcium
• Potassium
Maple sugar is simply maple syrup with the water removed — nothing added, nothing stripped out.
If you’re going to use sugar anyway, this is a better option than highly refined white sugar.
