I have 15 Ouessant cross ram lambs available from our upbreeding program we started last year. Their dad is 7/8 Ouessant (the highest in the US at breeding time) and the moms are Shetland and Soay.
The Shetland x Ouessant should have good wool quality and will make good fiber pets. They should be between 50 and 70 pounds.
The Soay x Ouessant will be small and nimble and make a tiny lawn pet. They should be between 40 and 60 pounds.
They are still in-tact and should be castrated by a vet if you want a wether rather than a ram. Our vet recommends waiting until they are 4-5 months old to give their urinary tract time to develop.
If you buy them in pairs, they are $300 each.
If you buy a single, they are $400.
If you buy a single, you must have other sheep to keep them company.
