We are a boutique media content company in Los Angeles and we specialize in multifamily marketing across the country. We have a client in Battle Creek, MI with an apartment complex where they would like 360 photography captured before the end of May. We are looking for someone who owns a Ricoh Theta Z1 or similar, not a matterport. The client will also receive a handful of still photos and 5 drone images (we will edit all of the deliverables)

Here's what you'll need:
- RICOH Theta Z1
- Monopod with legs
- 4K Drone and Part 107 waiver
-Full Frame digital camera for the stills
- LIABILITY INSURANCE (not insurance on your gear)*if you don't have, we can purchase for the day

If interested, please send any examples you have taken with your Ricoh, as well as any real estate photography work in general.

You will never need to edit these deliverables. You would upload the files to us and we would handle it.
