Engine and transmission seem to be in good shape. I used high mileage oil after 75,000 miles.

The check engine light was on last month. I had it scanned and the shop told me it was because the catalytic converter was not performing up to standard. The light is off as of this posting, but I am guessing it could come on again at any time, for the same reason.

This could be a good vehicle for someone who wants to learn to drive a stick shift.
