I assembled it, obviously, just to check it out!
You are looking at exactly what you're getting! The axles leave much to be desired... visually. Solid steel gears inside them. Got with intentions of building a rig. Lost interest in doing so.
The kit includes a pinion gear. The transmission has solid steel input and output shalves. It can use either frame or axle mounted steering. Also a cool little spot to install a small servo to use for a winch. The gold metal flake is eye candy in the sun!!
